New rules are being implemented to how capital gains tax is payable on any gains made on disposals of residential property.
From April 2019 CGT will be due on gains made on the sale of residential property within 30 days of completion. These are the same rules as currently apply to CGT payable by non residents selling UK residential property from April 2015
